International and Domestic Missions Ministry

Acts 1: 4-8

4  And being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith He, ye have heard of Me.

5  For John truly baptized with water, but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

6  When they therefore were come together, they ask of Him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom of Israel?

7  And He said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons which the Father hath put in His own power.

8  But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judae’-a, and Sa-ma’-ri-a, and unto the uttermost part of the earth

Matthew 28: 18-20

18  And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. A-men.

The International and Domestic Missions Ministry of the Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church is under the direction of Chairman, Brother Joseph Richardson, and under the direct leadership of Pastor James E. Lawson Jr.  In keeping with the charge in the book of the Acts of the Apostles, and also Matthew 28, this ministry not only seeks to assist Pastor Lawson Jr. in the spreading of the Gospel through out the City of Oakland, State of California, and the nation of America, but throughout the world.  We have participated in the Tsunami relief effort in Indonesia, and our current projects include the adoption of needy families here in the United States, the continent of Africa, and main land China.

Come and join us and Be Blessed!
